    Explored ways of changing sales strategy to grow company in 4 major industries it had clients in. Analyzed each industry subcategory to discover ways to capture more of the Midwest demographic in each. Recommended tools to improve engagement to retain business at higher rates.

  • Nexecon has three project cycles each year. Projects typically begin in late September during the Fall semester, in late Februrary during the Winter semester, and late May during the summer. Project engagements typically last 8-12 weeks, depending on each project's unique requirements.

  • Project teams consist of 1 project manager, 3-5 business analysts, and 1 senior project advisor. Project managers communicate with clients as frequently as is productive. Each project has two major deliverables with the whole Nexecon team and the client. First is the midpoint presentation, where clients see the progress of the project thus far and share any adjustments or questions they'd like to see considered moving forward. Second is the final deliverable, which presents our final conclusions and recommendations.
