    NCG places priority on growing its organization from within. We view our consultants as our strongest assets, and means of sustainability. Through careful recruiting, semi-annual member training, and full-project immersion, our consultants become the source of NCG’s growth from within. We also pride ourselves on continuing to grow relationships with our clients even beyond projects. The more we can stay involved with our community, the more effective an organization we can be.

    NCG has set up an environment that does not constrain people into roles. We encourage our consultants to take ownership of their goals and share that ownership within their teams. This sparks a desire to uncover each missing puzzle piece and unforeseen angle while providing a sense of creative freedom.
